I give it like a 6/10. Even with all the monsters, I still never really felt a sense of danger. The characters felt really generic and the dialogue sounded really cheesy. I cringed everytime Kafka talked about how he wanted to "stand by Mina's side". Every other main character wants to surpass their rival or be the strongest, but Kafka, his aim is to be a sidekick. Smh. It made him sound really pathetic. The strong points of the show was the battle animation, but other than that it didnt have much substance.

When i saw the ending of that episode, my first impression was “You brought her to her own tormentor?! Nice job, numpty! Keep it up!” (Numpty is basically british slang for “moron”).

Kaiju is ok, I preferred if black clover came back😅

I find it really weird how they keep referring to Kafka as the "old guy" when he's only 32. That's still pretty young. Especially in Japan when alotta people there live to be over 100. They make 32 sound like senior citizen age.

Kikoru says she's gonna keep Kafka's secret so I guess I should give her some points for that. Whenever Kafka compliments her, her character seems to soften up a bit. Likely because Kafka is an older male figure giving her the praise she never got from her father. Tsunderes in general always annoyed me, but maybe Kikoru's character will grow on me.

I still dont like Kikoru. Her "daddy wasn't there to take me to the fair" backstory still doesn't make her any more likeable to me. And Kafka transforming right in front of her felt kinda unnecessary imo. He could've just transformed on the way before he got to her so his identity could still be a secret.
